Biosphere Eta – Esferr

Hi,

today we enter the gigantic gas planet Esferr. It’s beautiful turquoise atmosphere layers are full of organic molecules, which formed life very well! Life on Esferr adapted to extreme gravitation and thick atmosphere – the bodies of all creatures are really facile, but hard-wearing – like the bones of birds or pterosaurs. Most of the animals filter microbes out of the atmosphere, some others hunt them. Special about this biosphere is that plants learned to move through the different layers with special tentacles, to catch not even sunlight but nutritious clouds. And here we go:

Otowet – a little harmless herbivore, which filters algae from the air and hides between the giant plants of Esferr, if it changes the shape of its wings it can imitate such a plant

Porinam – a fast hunter that dwells in the down layers of Esferr – hunts in packs, the behaviour it quite similar to piranhas

Riniok – one of the before described plants, the “body” is filled with hydrogen, the long tentacle can reach about 150 meters and move the Riniok slowly through the single layers of the atmosphere – the little “arms” at the side of the tentacle are nettles for protection

Brako – a smaller, but more agile relative of the Riniok, the blue tentacle produces an enchanting light to attract smaller creatures and catch them – indeed, the Brako is a carnivorous plant living in the highest and nutrient-poor layer of Esferr

Foga – looks like a relative of an angler fish, but the Foga developed from the same origin like Otowet or Porinam, it specialized on filtering plant-seeds not microbes, so it became bigger

Giamet – the strangest creature of Esferr, its metabolism is really special: it can feed on sunlight with its skin, it although hunts little creatures active, or it attracts creatures with its glowing ball at the end of its tail, or it feeds like a parasite from the bodies of the gigantic plants – this opportunist is a real survival expert and can live in nearly every layer of Esferr’s atmosphere.

So, number seven done! Hope you like it!
My favourite is definitely the Giamet, but seriously this time I really like every creature without exception. Keep on watching and please comment! Next week I’ll show you a mechanic biosphere so - stay tuned!

Think you could help me? I hace drawn something related, in a mimic solor system (that I made up) that works similarly to ours, the
Lac Ignorantia Juris Neminem Excusat (or the Lac Ignor if you can't remember the word) Galaxy. I am new, so I don't know how to upload hand-drawn illustrations, think you can help me?
