Breathing without lungs

This is the first part of a little series of alien creatures.
The concept is: one essential organ earth's creatures use for metabolism is missing!

The Kwatay has got no lungs, cause he lives on a world with an extremly high amount of oxygen in the air. He absorbs the oxygen passively about his skin-foldings on its back.

The creature is based on a frog of the indonesian rain forest, that although can breath with his skin (and yes: this frog is completely lungless!) You can read it on:
