Like promised two weeks ago, i show you now one of my future human races.
This time: homo sapiens tuuri.
Well, looks really colourful, he?
The Tuuri of course are the descendants of modern humans, which colonized the far away super-earth Tuur. There the gravity is more than four times higher than on earth, so the Tuuri adapted to that gravity by experiments with their DNA. The result you can see is not really beautiful or esthetic, but the best form to live in a world with high gravity.
Big heads, small & thick bodies, nearly cute arms and completely degenerated legs. What an evolution!
The Tuuri move with small "boards", which carry them their whole life. The suits you see in the picture are made for working on a planet with lower gravity - for example earth.
The Tuuri have developed a perfect condition of civilisation: there is no growth or reduction of population. This means on the the planet Tuur there live only 1 billion Tuuri, never more, never less. Dying people will be exchanged by newborn like broken pinions of a machine. This condition stayed about million of years.
But then something happened! No one knows the reason, but someday the three leaders of the Tuuri (one of them you see at the right side) decided to turn back to their ancient home to recolonize it. And this is one of the key-events for my story. More I won't tell you yet . . . read the book when its ready (you need patience, my friends, patience!)
Some more facts about the anatomy: the Tuuri havent got teeth, hair or fingernails. Their brain can produce highly energetic waves, transporting informations from head to head, or from head to machine (that means, they have the ability for telepathy). They dont have genitals, the poor fellas. They reproduce by genetic engeneering in labs, so they dont know love and they dont know lust.
